Meet The Team

Kim is a CDA, graduating from Georgian College Orillia Campus in 1984. Over the years, she has gained experience working as a Chairside Assistant, Dental Health Educator with Public Health, as an office floater/hygiene coordinator and currently the Office Manager at The Bay Family Dental.

Efficient and organized almost to a fault, her co-workers and husband cringe when they hear the words “I was thinking”, as a new project is on the horizon!

Ashley is a Level II Dental Assistant who graduated from George Brown College in Toronto in 2022, earning two academic scholarship awards. She moved to Collingwood to enjoy year-round recreation and brought her grumpy (but lovable!) old dog with her.

Ashley’s favorite moments are relaxing on the dock with some country music at her family’s cottage near Haliburton, where she enjoys swimming and canoeing any time she can.

Dani is a Level II Dental Assistant who graduated from Georgian College in Barrie in 2021. She enjoys cooking, driving her jeep, spending time with her cat, Jerrick, and dog, Jaxon, and reading as much as she can.

Last year her goal was to read 75 books, and she got close at 67!

Lisa is a small town farm girl from the Stayner area. A Registered Dental Hygienist, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Western University and Dental Hygiene at Cambrian College.  Her quiet demeanor has earned her the most nicknames at The Bay Family Dental!

 Lisa is an avid skier and shares hill time with her 2 sports minded teenage boys.  On her daily walks, she often posts pics showing off her amateur photography talent.  

Kristen McCormick is a dedicated dental hygienist passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health. A 2021 Dental Hygiene graduate from CADH in Mississauga, she originally hails from Kelowna, BC. Kristen and her partner recently relocated to Meaford in the summer of 2024 and opened a Jiu-Jitsu gym. Outside of running a business and being a dental hygienist she enjoys playing soccer and skiing. With a warm and friendly approach, Kristen strives to provide thorough and gentle care for every patient.
