Frequently Asked Questions

A New Patient Exam helps us build a treatment plan that's specific to you. It includes a review of your medical and dental history, an exam of your teeth and gums, an oral cancer screening, and any necessary X-rays. From there, we'll walk you through your options and answer any questions before recommending next steps.
X-rays help us catch cavities, gum disease, and other issues that aren't visible during a regular exam — often before they become bigger, more costly problems. We only recommend X-rays that are actually beneficial to your care, and we use digital X-rays, which reduce radiation exposure significantly compared to older film-based methods.
Yes. If you're coming to us from another dental office, just sign a records release form and we'll take care of requesting your X-rays and dental history on your behalf.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash, with payment due at the time of treatment. If you have dental insurance, we're happy to help submit your claim and, where possible, send predeterminations so you know what to expect before treatment begins.
Yes — please call the office as soon as possible and describe your concern so we can arrange to see you promptly.
No — cosmetic dentistry is just one part of what we offer. We're a full service family practice, treating patients from children through to seniors. Take a look at our Services page for the full list, or give us a call.
We recommend bringing your child in within 6 months of their first tooth coming in, or by their first birthday. Early visits are usually short and simple — our goal is to help your child feel comfortable and build a positive relationship with the dentist from the start.
